Sedum Lucidum, commonly known as the Shiny Stonecrop, is a small succulent native to Mexico. It is prized for its glossy, green leaves that form compact, rounded rosettes. The leaves are smooth and fleshy, often taking on reddish hues when exposed to bright sunlight or cooler temperatures. This plant can grow up to 18 inches (45 cm) tall. The stems are green when young, becoming grey or reddish as they age. Sedum Lucidum thrives in well-draining soil and requires minimal watering. It prefers full sun to partial shade and can produce clusters of small, star-shaped white or pale yellow flowers in the winter or early spring.
