Echinopsis Chamaecereus Peanut Cactus - Red Flower
The Echinopsis chamaecereus, commonly known as the Peanut Cactus, is a charming and compact cactus native to Argentina. It features slender, finger-like stems that form dense clusters, resembling a cluster of peanuts. These stems are covered in soft, white spines, giving the plant a fuzzy appearance. In late spring to early summer, the Peanut Cactus produces vibrant, large orange-red flowers that create a stunning contrast against the green stems. It thrives in well-draining soil and bright, indirect light.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ROOTING CUTTINGS
Insert the cutting into the soil about 1" deep or lay it flat on top of the soil. When the soil is dry, water the plant sparingly. Roots should form within the following two weeks. Keep the plant in bright shade during the rooting period. To prevent the leaves from getting burnt, gradually acclimate the plant to full sun.
