Digital Downloads Terms and Agreement

By downloading content from this site, you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, and agree to be bound by its provisions. If you do not accept or agree with these terms, do not buy and download the content.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE
The image may be used for personal purposes, such as printing for home use, sharing on social media (with attribution), or as part of a personal project. Use for resale is prohibited. 

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE
For a commercial use license, the image may be used for business-related purposes such as advertising, marketing, product packaging, and merchandising.

EXCLUSIVITY
The image remains non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing and purchased at a higher fee.

RESTRICTED USES

  1. The image cannot be resold, sublicensed, or distributed as-is for commercial resale without modification, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  2. No Standalone File Use. You may not use content in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute content as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use).
  3. No Use in Trademarks or Logos
  4. No Unlawful Use. You may not use content in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner.
  5. No False Representation of Authorship. You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator of an end use that is made up largely of licensed content. For instance, you cannot create a painting based solely on licensed content and claim that you are the author.
