Winter Shipping Extras

During the colder months of November to April, all orders will be supplied with a heat pack and insulation material for optimal shipping conditions.

HEAT PACK DURATION

Heat packs will last 96 hours. If your destination takes over 4 days to arrive, Do Not place an order as your plant will be at risk of getting damaged from the cold.


To check your destination transit time; proceed to checkout, and at the shipping stage Canada Post will display X amount of days it will take to arrive.

One order of "Winter Shipping Extras" includes 1X heat pack and insulation materials (bubble wrap & foil sheet).

Purchasing "Winter Shipping Extras" does not guarantee that plants will arrive without cold damage, but it will increase the plant's survival rate during the cold months.


We can only ship your order out when temperatures permit, 0+ ºC (night).

HEAT PACK INFO & GUIDE

• One heat pack will cover 12" X 12" X 12" and can hold approximately 10 small plants.

• A single warmer can generally raise the temperature by approximately 8º C in a one cubic foot insulated box.

• Multiple warmers can be used to achieve the desired temperature, but goods can also be damaged due to overheating.

• Warmers will stop generating heat if the temperature inside the shipping box falls below freezing (0º C).
