Euphorbia Decaryi, also known as the Madagascar Palm, is a striking succulent that hails from the arid regions of Madagascar. It features an interesting form with tall, spiny stems and unique, finger-like branches that give it a palm-like appearance. The stems are a light greyish-green, adorned with soft, yellowish spines that add character and texture to the plant. Over time, Euphorbia decaryi can grow into a small tree or large shrub, reaching up to 6-8 feet tall in optimal conditions. It produces small, inconspicuous flowers and thrives in well-draining soil with plenty of bright, indirect sunlight. Easy to care for, this unusual succulent is perfect for collectors looking to add a distinctive and eye-catching plant to their garden or indoor space. As with all Euphorbias, be cautious as the plant’s sap can be irritating to the skin.
