Alluaudia procera (madagascar Ocotillo is native to Madagascar and it is frost hardy in short period. Plant should be grown in full sun in well-drained soil and water regularly only when plants are in leaf. During the dominate season the plant will be leafless. Grow plants in smaller pots and this will also prevent over watering during the cooler weather.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ROOTING CUTTINGS
Insert cutting into the soil (1" - .5"). When soil is dry, water the plant sparingly. Roots should form in the following two weeks. Plants should be in bright shade during the rooting period. To avoid leaves from getting burnt, acclimatize the plant to outdoors or full sun.
