Hoya Australis is native to northeast Australia, but Hoya Australis Lisa is a cultivated species that is engineered to have beautiful variegation. The foliage shades range from deep green to lime and chartreuse to bright yellow and cream. It is a very easy plant to grow with little maintenance.
